Whip up this spicy, tangy, creamy peanut sauce in less than 10 minutes, perfect for stirring through your favourite noodles for a super quick lunch or dinner!
Jump to RecipeThis is the perfect sauce to whip up when you’re short on time, short on ingredients but still want something a little bit fancier than two minute noodles and the best part is, it comes together in the same amount of time it takes for your noodles to cook. The sauce only requires 5 ingredients: peanut butter, chilli crisp oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and lemon juice. That’s it!
Simply cook a packet of your favourite noodles – instant, udon, soba or whatever you have on hand, mix your sauce ingredients while the noodles are cooking and stir through the cooked noodles and a bit of the hot cooking water and that’s it! You can eat it as is, or top with your choice of herbs, seeds, fried garlic or shallots, crispy fried eggs, leftover cooked chicken… the options are endless!
