Maple Cinnamon Granola

Crunchy, nutty and the perfect balance of sweet and salty makes this granola wildly addictive. You’ll be eating this by the handful straight out of the jar!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups mixed raw nuts
  • 1 cup coconut chips
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius
  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing and stir to combine
  • Line a tray with baking paper
  • Spread mix out evenly in a thin layer over the tray
  • Place on middle tray in the oven and bake for 40 minutes
  • Remove the tray from the oven and stir the mix twice during the baking to ensure even cooking (approx every 15 minutes)
  • Leave to cool completely on the tray, the granola will get crunchier as it cools
  • Store in airtight container for up to two weeks
